What does a wedding planner actually do for us?

It depends on your package, but normally Kari and Michaela will be there on your wedding day, however if your event is grand Meg will also be there to help assist!

Can you provide us with references?

If you choose a destination package then White Loon's travel is included. However, you will be responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs.  

Does your pricing include travel?

We pride ourselves in being a boutique wedding + event planning service, which means we provide a very intimate experience that allows us to form close and personal relationships with our clients.

At White Loon you are not treated like just another wedding to check off an overly booked schedule. Only taking on what we can handle in a year, we are selective with what we take on so we can cater to your every need. You are family to us, and we want you to feel as such.

How are you different from other wedding planners?

We actually prefer them! 

Do you do destination weddings?

Absolutely not! We are the wedding planner for the wanderlust souls! The sky is the limit with White Loon.
